P&O Ferrymasters’ end-to-end logistics capability is brought to life in a new film being launched today at Expo 2020 in Dubai.
The film, produced by Cat and Weasel Films working with director Joshan Esfandiari Martin, cinematically showcases how P&O Ferrymasters is solving more logistical problems for customers by combining its integrated rail, road and warehousing fulfilment services with the unrivalled capability of parent company DP World, the leading provider of smart logistics solutions which enables the flow of trade across the globe.
Thorsten Runge, Managing Director of P&O Ferrymasters, said: “‘With international trade changing fast during the pandemic, this film explains how we are making it simpler than ever for customers to move their goods from A to B by continuing to develop end-to-end multimodal solutions to support new trade lanes and expand into rapidly growing markets.”
“No challenge is too complex. We create bespoke plans to solve your specific needs and we aim to be a partner in our customers’ business success, providing speed, security, reliability and flexibility in the context of time-critical, cost-constrained supply chains.”
DP World is the official Premier Global Trade Partner of Expo 2020 Dubai and its pavilion – where the P&O Ferrymasters film will be screened for the first time – is centred around the concept of ‘Making Trade Flow’. The largest event ever staged in an Arab country, Expo’s focus is on building partnerships and inspiring ideas that will forge the world of tomorrow.
Jesper Kristensen, DP World’s Chief Operating Officer – Marine Services, added: “DP World’s pavilion at Expo highlights the vital role of smarter trade in the global economy and this film shows how Ferrymasters can provide customers with end-to-end logistics solutions from factory floor to customer door. With supply chains in the news, the film showcases how easy it can be made to look when you have the insight and expertise that our team at Ferrymasters has.”
