Pelican Bus & Coach has revealed that the first bus order resulting from the Scottish Government’s Zero Emission Bus Scheme (ScotZEB) has been awarded to them by McGill’s Buses.
The order is for a further 41 vehicles in total, 10 being E10 10.9 metre long zero-emission buses and 31 E12 12.17 metre vehicles.
The order follows the 55 vehicles delivered in August/September 2021, and their successful launch prior to COP26.
Already, there are more than 300 Yutong electric coaches and buses on UK roads.
