Leeds based J&B Travel has taken delivery of a new Scania Interlink coach based on the popular K 410 EB 4×2 chassis with independent front suspension.
The coach is built to full PSVAR (Public Service Vehicle Accessibility Regulations) specification with wheelchair lifter and destination equipment.
Paul Lynn, owner of J&B Travel, comments: “We were looking for a new executive coach that was PSVAR compliant. After looking at the Scania Interlink initially, we found that the vehicle represents excellent value for money.
“The new seat tracking system in the vehicle is amazing – we can accommodate a wheelchair user without having to remove two pairs of seats from the vehicle.
“I’d also add that we have really enjoyed working with our account manager Richard Austin, who as an ex-coach operator himself understands the industry and our needs very well.”
The vehicle’s Scania Interlink HD bodywork is also equipped with 53-half leather seats with three-point seatbelts, a rear floor mounted toilet, hot drinks dispenser, DVD player and two monitors, climate control and reverse camera.
The exterior of the vehicle is complemented by the addition of Alcoa Dura-Bright alloy wheels.
